About Me
Dr. Gina Ranieri, DO, is an OB/GYN specializing in minimally invasive and complex gynecologic surgery, with particular expertise in endometriosis excision, fibroid management, and chronic pelvic pain. She is passionate about helping women achieve lasting relief and improved quality of life through precision surgery and patient-centered care.
Raised just outside of Philadelphia, PA, Dr. Ranieri grew up in a family of educators—both of her parents were teachers—who instilled in her a deep commitment to helping others. She began her academic journey studying Psychology at the Schreyer Honors College of Pennsylvania State University, where a biology course inspired her to pursue medicine. Drawn to women’s health, she recognized that empathy and lived experience are essential to delivering the best care for her patients.
Dr. Ranieri earned her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her OB/GYN residency at ChristianaCare in Delaware. She then pursued a two-year fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery at the Mayo Clinic, where she was recognized for outstanding patient satisfaction and contributed to peer-reviewed publications and international presentations.
Today, Dr. Ranieri lives in Princeton, NJ, with her family. Outside of her practice, she enjoys Peloton workouts, hiking, traveling, and spending quality time with her loved ones. She continues to provide compassionate, evidence-based gynecologic care, empowering women to understand their health, make informed decisions, and achieve lasting relief from chronic pain through advanced surgical techniques and a personalized, empathetic approach.
